Dataset summary
This dataset contains source-audited public-information records for the MV Hondius-linked Andes virus outbreak. It preserves status categories, source URLs, source publication dates, confidence labels, notes, and reconciliation status. It is not a clinical line list, surveillance database, or medical record system.

| Deaths | Deaths associated with that status record, kept separate from case counts. |
| Source Url | Public source URL used for the record. |
| Source Tier | Source hierarchy label used by methodology. |
| Confidence | High, medium, low, or under_review. |
| Source Publication Date | Date the source published or updated the relevant information. |
| Last Checked | Date and time this tracker last checked the source for the build. |
